Over the past decade, two honors have been awarded those who have served as stewards in the field of professional coaching and those who have contributed in a significant way to the growth and development of other human service fields as well as the field of professional coaching.

Those who have stewarded the field of professional coaching are granted the Gordon Lee Salmon Sustainability Award. They have followed in the footsteps of Lee Salmon, who championed an emphasis on the role played by professional coaching on behalf of global sustainability.
